Freudenberg Group in Valence, France, invites a Customer Service Apprentice to join our international team. You will process offers and orders, liaise with European headquarters, and help ensure smooth service flows through accurate documentation and timely responses.

You will update ERP/CRM data, assist with inventory tasks, and support continuous improvement through digitization. Fluency in English (B2/C1) and Spanish (B1/B2) is preferred, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Sense of customer service, responsiveness, flexibility and team spirit.
• English level (B2, ideally C1) and Spanish (B1, ideally B2).
• Communicate easily in an international environment; English is the official group language.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Process and follow up offers and orders within the commercial framework.
• Interface between customers and internal departments (European HQ).
• Manage customer complaints and respond within defined time.
• Modernize procedures with digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Update ERP/CRM databases (customer accounts, prices).
• Assist in local warehouse tasks: replenishment orders, FIFO, inventory checks.
• Analyze internal metrics via activity reports.
