Chem-Trend France S.A.S.U. in Valence is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice (F/M/D) to support order processing, handle inquiries, and coordinate with the European headquarters.

You will gain hands-on experience in data entry, ERP/CRM systems, and warehouse activities while developing language skills in English and Spanish. The role offers hybrid work and a path into a global chemicals company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness.
• English proficiency at B2 (C1 preferred) and Spanish at B1 (B2 preferred).
• Excellent communication in an international environment with diverse cultures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Process and follow up offers and orders within commercial and contractual rules.
• Interface between customers and internal departments (European HQ in Germany).
• Handle customer complaints and respond to requests within defined timelines.
• Digitalize procedures and pursue continuous improvement.
• Update ERP databases (customer accounts and prices).
• Manage local warehouse including stock replenishment points and FIFO.
• Analyse internal metrics via activity reports.
