Reporting to the VP of Customer Experience & Engagement, you will bridge global CRM capabilities with regional teams, define the roadmap, manage budgets, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of CRM and audience management experience.
• Proven track record in multi-brand and multi-regional environments.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data activation tools.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end CRM vision for PM&E and drive audience strategy.
• Lead segmentation, lifecycle management, and loyalty integration.
• Coordinate omnichannel campaigns and editorial calendar with brand teams.
• Develop the CRM services catalogue and governance across regions.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver performance reports with strategic insights.
• Manage budgets and align regional and brand CRM initiatives.
• Share best practices across teams and elevate CRM capabilities.
