Job summary

Qonto, Paris-based, seeks a Senior Compensation & Benefits Partner to shape fair, scalable pay decisions company-wide. You’ll be the trusted voice on sensitive comp calls and architect frameworks supporting Qonto's growth, working with Jean-Raphaël Demol, Comp & Ben Director.

You’ll advise on benchmarks, run salary cycles, build global grading and pay transparency, and strengthen governance with People, Finance, Legal and HRIS. AI fluency is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience running full compensation review cycles and providing guidance.
• Experience renewing benefits across multiple European countries.
• Ability to diagnose problems before relying on benchmarks.
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment-building skills.
• Use of AI tools for data analysis and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-stakes comp calls with Talent Acquisition, People Partners and managers.
• Turn data into defensible recommendations using market data and internal equity.
• Run salary review cycles, update policies and monitor compliance end-to-end.
• Design global grading, leveling, salary ranges and pay transparency.
• Strengthen governance with cross-functional teams in Finance, Legal and HRIS.
