Job summary

Sonepar is seeking a Senior Compensation & Benefits specialist to partner with HR and business leaders across the international group. You will guide reward governance, manage complex remuneration programs and ensure data integrity while driving employee experience in a decentralized organization.

The role reports to the SVP Reward & People Analytics and requires strong expertise in compensation, benefits, mobility and HRIS, with fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Broad Compensation & Benefits experience in an international environment.
• Strong command of compensation fundamentals and market benchmarking.
• Experience in job evaluations, salary structures and incentive plans.
• Ability to run annual reward cycles and data-driven analyses.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to design and governance of compensation, benefits and mobility policies.
• Leads annual salary and bonus reviews with guidance to countries.
• Conducts job evaluations, benchmarking and scenario modelling.
• Advises HR and leaders on compensation decisions including hires and promotions.
• Prepares analyses and materials for senior leadership and governance discussions.
• Contributes to long‑term incentive plans and employee share programs.
