Job summary

You bring at least five years in community management, deep involvement in surf culture, excellent writing, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GONG’s community strategy across platforms.
• Publish content showcasing products, riders, events.
• Engage daily with the community and answer questions.
• Coordinate with teams and share insights to improve.
• Track growth, engagement, and brand perception; report findings.
