WeRoad Ltd in Paris is seeking a Community & Merch Specialist France to manage the French online community, adapt global campaigns, translate copy for the website, trip pages, social media, newsletters and campaigns, and keep the site well merchandised.

You will host Instagram Lives, create local content, and track performance with analytics tools, collaborating with central Content, Brand and Community teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English; Italian/German/Spanish a plus.
• 2+ years in community management, social media or content creation.
• Strong copywriting and translation skills with a good tone and cultural nuance.
• Empathy, creativity, organized, data-driven, able to juggle multiple channels and deadlines.
• Comfortable on camera; experience recording/editing video (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
• Experience with CMS and basic website maintenance; familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Amplitude).
• Based in or near Paris; freelance in France (auto-entrepreneur) and able to attend office/events.

Responsabilités

• Manage WeRoad France's online community across owned and third-party channels.
• Own the French commercial plan and adapt global campaigns for the French audience.
• Translate and adapt copy from English/Italian into French for websites, trips, social, newsletters, campaigns.
• Keep the French site up to date and merchandised; report bugs or content gaps.
• Create local content: record/edit short videos, reels, stories; identify local trends for Instagram.
• Host Instagram Lives and other live formats with Travel Coordinators; manage content and chat.
• Track website and social performance and translate data into insights for Marketing.
