Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting.
• Strong understanding of French culture and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep understanding of the French market and moderator pain points.
• Cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow local moderators; onboard external creators and users to active moderators.
• Be the public face with local moderators to build trust and drive engagement.
• Iterate and scale the growth playbook; persuade internal teams to adopt new plans.
• Communicate insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook.
• Aim for aggressive goals and measurable outcomes.
• Run reports, dashboards, and KPIs; leverage data to guide market direction.
• Collaborate with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams.
