GONG in France is seeking a Team Manager to lead and grow our international network of team riders and ambassadors. You will be the main contact for athletes, coordinating with Communication, Product, R&D, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to keep everything running smoothly.

You will recruit, onboard and support riders, manage contracts and budgets, coordinate travel and gear allocation, and build the Ambassadors program globally while tracking performance and expanding the brand's

Qualifications

• Experience in athlete management, team management or sports marketing.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Comfort handling budgets, contracts and logistics.
• Excellent communication, with real ease working across teams.
• Good grasp of social media, content creation and athlete personal branding.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.

You'll be the go-to contact for our athletes, day in day out, coordinating with Communication, Product, R&D (Research & Development), Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to keep everything running smoothly.

PROFILE

• Experience in athlete management, team management, sports marketing or similar
• Strong project management, coordination and organisational skills
• Comfort handling budgets, contracts and logistics
• Excellent communication, with real ease working across teams
• A good grasp of social media, content creation and athlete personal branding
• A genuine pull toward board sports (wing, kite, surf, foil), practising is a real plus
• Fluent English (French & other languages as bonus)
• Availability for regular international travel
