BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel app enabling 27 million members a year to carpool or travel by bus in 21 countries. Our team of 800 employees counts over 50 nationalities and is spread across our 5 global offices, 30% working fully remotely.
We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist with 5+ years of hands- on experience for an immediate, 3-month contract to reinforce our People team through a critical phase of the annual compensation calendar. This is a fully hands- on mission with real ownership from day one: you'll need to be operational within days, not weeks, picking up live, time- sensitive workstreams already in motion.
You will report directly to the Head of Talent, Culture & Performance and partner closely with HRBPs and local HR teams to keep BlaBlaCar's core compensation processes running without disruption.
Own the finalization and consolidation of the 2027 C&B budget, including benefits cost simulations, across BlaBlaCar's scope.
Lead the preparation of the NAO process for France: equity and gender pay gap data, compensation thresholds, market survey inputs, and negotiation- ready materials for the CSE.
Drive the global End-of-Year compensation review process end- to- end: calibration follow- up, salary review campaign execution, consolidation, reporting, and day- to- day support to HRBPs and managers.
Update and maintain salary bands and the grading system across departments and geographies — including finalizing bands for Brazil and Ukraine — grounded in external benchmarks (AON Radford, Ravio).
