EfficientIP seeks an International Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and Payroll Expert to design, manage and continuously improve global C&B and payroll processes across countries. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure a consistent employee experience and data-driven compensation decisions.

You will drive payroll accuracy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to SOPs, workflows, and HR digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or International Payroll.
• Proven experience supporting multi-country payroll operations (in-house and/or vendor-managed).
• Strong understanding of employment and international payroll concepts (contract types, benefits integration, deductions/tax basics, employee lifecycle events).
• Experience with global or regional HR operating models (shared services, HR centers of excellence, HRBP partnership).
• Background in HR analytics: ability to use payroll/C&B data to drive decisions and explain outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Design and manage global C&B and payroll processes across countries.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance, Payroll vendors, and local HR teams to ensure consistent employee experiences.
• Support end-to-end international payroll including calendars and data cut-off adherence.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations, controls, and data protection requirements.
• Drive process improvements and HR digitalization initiatives (HRIS, reporting).
