Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, in an international environment.
• Proven experience owning an End-of-Year compensation review cycle end-to-end.
• Experience preparing and running NAO processes in a French context.
• Strong expertise in job architecture, salary band design, and market benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Finalize and consolidate the 2027 C&B budget, including benefits cost simulations.
• Lead NAO preparation for France: equity and gender pay gap data and materials for CSE.
• Drive global End-of-Year compensation review: calibration follow-up, salary review, reporting, and support to HRBPs.
• Update and maintain salary bands and the grading system across departments and geographies.
