Job summary

BlaBlaCar is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist for an immediate 3-month contract to reinforce our People team during the annual compensation calendar. You will own live workflows, finalize the 2027 C&B budget, and support the EOY review process while collaborating with HRBPs and local teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in Compensation & Benefits in international setting.
Proven End-of-Year cycle ownership.
Experience leading NAO processes in a French context.
Strong salary band design and market benchmarking (Mercer/AON Radford/Ravio).
Full professional English and French proficiency.
Available immediately for a 3-month engagement.

Responsibilities

Finalize and consolidate the 2027 C&B budget, including benefits cost simulations.
Prepare the NAO process materials for France (equity, gender pay gap, thresholds, market inputs).
Run the End-of-Year compensation review end-to-end (calibration, campaigns, reporting).
Update salary bands and job architecture across departments and geographies.
