Safran is seeking a senior HR leader responsible for Compensation & Benefits governance and for leading HR data analytics, KPI management and reporting to support business decisions. The role drives C&B policy deployment, data governance, and analytics across entities, coordinating with Finance, Digital, Payroll and Group HR.

You will define HR KPIs, deliver dashboards, oversee data quality, and manage the HR Data Analyst, fostering a data-driven culture across international teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Analytics.
• Proven experience in compensation cycles, workforce analytics and HR reporting.
• Exposure to workforce planning, data governance and international environments.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and standardise C&B policies and processes across entities.
• Coordinate annual salary review, merit increase and bonus campaigns.
• Produce salary analyses, market benchmarking and compensation studies.
• Lead HR data governance framework and data quality initiatives.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting and dashboards.
• Manage and develop the HR Data Analyst.
