Nextlane is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to generate leads through proactive outreach and to qualify opportunities, leveraging Salesforce CRM. You will collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target strategies, while contributing to building the BDR unit and processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven prospecting, strong communication, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Native Swedish language skills required and strong English (C1) proficiency.
• Experience in sales as a BDR is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and sales mindset expected.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
• Data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting.
• Ensure data quality in CRM (Salesforce).
• Help create and develop the BDR unit (processes, tools, methods).
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to define target and messaging.
