Lengow is seeking a senior marketing leader in Nantes to drive a data-informed B2B SaaS strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams across demand generation, events, content and partnerships, aligning Marketing with Sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing, strong leadership, and fluency in French and English. You will manage budgets, optimise initiatives, and influence the go-to-market strategy for a growing ecommerce platform.

Qualifications

10+ years in marketing, including B2B SaaS experience.
Defining and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
Leading and developing a marketing team.
Collaborating closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders.
Managing marketing budgets and tracking performance.
Exposure to ecommerce/marketplaces is a plus.
Fluent French and English are mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

Execute and adapt Lengow’s marketing plan according to priorities and opportunities.
Coordinate marketing initiatives across demand generation, events, content and partner marketing.
Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities for the business.
Ensure alignment between Marketing, Sales and Partnerships teams.
Monitor marketing performance and pipeline contribution.
