Proofpoint in Paris is seeking a technically skilled customer-facing professional to join our rapid-response team. You will interact with senior enterprise customers and internal teams to ensure service quality across Linux, messaging, and cloud services.

You will own incident response, manage escalations, run periodic reviews, and deliver executive briefings that translate system performance into tangible business value. Fluent German is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing or professional services roles with multiple tech areas.
• Experience handling crisis situations and customer-facing scenarios.
• Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
• Fluent German language is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing technical leadership and support to Proofpoint's strategic customers.
• Manage and monitor support interactions; advocate for customers.
• Lead crisis and incident response with cross-functional teams.
• Meet with clients remotely and on-site to review status.
• Prepare executive presentations on system performance and ROI.
• Develop understanding of customers' business and needs.
• Recommend proactive improvements and future plans.
