Next Job Abroad is seeking a highly motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our iGaming team in Malta. You will deliver outstanding support via chat, email, and phone, helping German-speaking players and clients while embracing a dynamic gaming environment.

Relocation assistance is provided to facilitate moving to Malta. Hybrid work setup, training by certified instructors, and opportunities to grow within a renowned company are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Experience in customer support or related field is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding customer support via chat, email, and telephone for German-speaking users.
• Address and resolve inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Educate customers about gaming products and services to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with team to maintain high service standards and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
