Next Job Abroad is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Malta. You will assist clients with inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming industry or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality customer support in German through live chat, email, and phone.
