Next Job Abroad in Malta is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic iGaming team. You will assist German-speaking clients across chat, email and phone, delivering proactive help and friendly, high-quality service.

You will collaborate with colleagues, document interactions in our CRM, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge. The role offers hybrid work, a relocation package, health benefits, and a competitive salary of €25,000 gross per year,

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Experience in customer support or related role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Educate customers about products and services to enhance gaming experience.
• Work closely with team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
