Next Job Abroad in Malta is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic iGaming team. You will assist German-speaking clients across chat, email and phone, delivering proactive help and friendly, high-quality service.

You will collaborate with colleagues, document interactions in our CRM, and participate in training to deepen product knowledge. The role offers hybrid work, a relocation package, health benefits, and a competitive salary of €25,000 gross per year,

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience
• A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus
