In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clientele, ensuring inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via various channels including chat, email, and telephone to ensure client satisfaction for our German-speaking users
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Educate customers about our gaming products and services to enhance their overall experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record-keeping
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to foster continuous improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service competencies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer care
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools is desirable
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural setting
• A keen interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming sector is a valuable advantage
