Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently
• Educate customers about our products and services to enhance their gaming experience
• Work closely with your team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to support continuous improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial
• Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an asset
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and indulge in a new cultural experience
• A genuine interest in gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant plus
