OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager for the Hotels portfolio in the EMEA region. Remote from France, you will manage, protect, and grow core hotel partners, acting as trusted advisor and ensuring ROI through our hospitality technology.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to deliver client success, use data-driven insights to report on account health, and travel up to 50% across EMEA.

Qualifications

• German language at business proficiency.
• 5+ years in Account Management or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 30-50% across the EMEA region.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Aptitude for data-driven decisions and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed retention and revenue goals by protecting core revenue and growth opportunities.
• Optimize OpenTable technology for hotels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
• Document client communications in Salesforce and report on KPIs to leadership.
• Demonstrate expertise across OpenTable solutions for C-suite challenges.
• Provide field feedback on trends and product needs to Product/Marketing.
• Assist Hotels Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions from signed to live.
