Trip.com Group in Paris invites a Market Manager to drive hotel partnerships across Europe. You will identify high-potential partners, present them to Trip.com, and facilitate onboarding, expanding our local hotel portfolio while promoting the Trip.com brand.

You will analyze market data, manage the French market, advise hoteliers on campaigns, maintain rate parity, availability and inventory, and collaborate with a global team in a fast-paced travel marketplace.

Qualifications

Fluent in French to operate in the local market and fluent English for an international environment.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in e-commerce operations, marketing support, hotel reservations and coordination, revenue/yield management, preferably in France.
Detail-oriented with fast learning capability.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

Build and expand the portfolio of local hotel partners within France by presenting prospective partners and facilitating onboarding.
Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to hotels.
Maintain best rate parity, availability, and inventory of hotels.
Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions.
Manage the assigned market and conduct data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.).
Perform other assigned tasks and projects as needed.
