Base pay range: Next Job Abroad is pleased to present a distinguished opportunity for a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our esteemed team in Malta, with fully paid relocation provided. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards
• Identify and appropriately escalate instances of inappropriate content or violations
• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and contribute to team reporting efforts
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance and refine moderation processes
• Stay informed of industry trends and updates regarding content moderation practices

Requirements

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities
• Able to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Prior experience in content moderation is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on user satisfaction and community engagement
• Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment that entails evolving guidelines
• Must be prepared to relocate to Malta and engage positively within a collaborative team framework
