Lucca is a European HR software company expanding in Germany and is looking for its first Sales Development Representative to build the German market. You will generate high-potential leads and support Account Executives with discovery calls and product demos, reporting to the Country Manager Germany.

You’ll join a 10-person team and collaborate with Marketing; on-site in Paris or hybrid with 2 remote days. German native-level proficiency and SaaS enthusiasm are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or SDR role, preferably in SaaS.
• Native-level German; comfortable working in an office with English/Spanish/French daily.
• Willingness to build opportunities from scratch and pursue a clear career path.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for potential clients via email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels.
• Understand the real needs behind every lead and listen first, not pitch.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation and qualification strategies.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Share insights with the product team to align with market needs.
• Rigorously use Salesforce and Outreach in daily activities.
