Greenly is seeking a driven SDR to fuel growth across the European market, focusing on Germany and the Netherlands. You will identify high-potential companies, engage decision-makers, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

In this hands-on role, you will own outbound campaigns, refine scripts, and collaborate with a dynamic team. Fluency in English is required, with German or Dutch as a plus, and a hunter mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of concrete sales experience with outbound calling.
• Strong interest in ESG/climate transition and quick learning in our sector.
• Hunter mentality with customer-centric approach.

Responsabilités

• Identify and map ideal prospects within the European market.
• Master outreach across channels: calls, email, LinkedIn, events.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks.
• Maintain a clean CRM and track KPIs with ownership.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy.
