Job summary

Ogury is seeking a Client Services Executive focused on the German market. You will manage a portfolio of client accounts, lead onboarding, launches and ongoing management, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs. You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure value delivery.

You will deliver training, insights and performance reporting while proactively identifying optimization and upsell opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience managing client accounts in a client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising, campaign management and programmatic media.
• Hands-on knowledge of programmatic ecosystems and ad tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts and relationships.
• Lead onboarding, launches and ongoing account management.
• Set up and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance, pacing and health, addressing risks early.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to drive retention and growth.
• Deliver training, insights and performance reporting to clients.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, upsell and expand based on data.
