VaynerMedia seeks a Social Strategist fluent in German and English to own day-to-day strategic work on assigned accounts. You will convert insights into briefs, collaborate with creative and media teams, and guide strategy from concept to execution.

Develop platform strategies, deliver performance-focused reports, and present to clients while growing towards senior strategic roles within our hybrid Europe teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German; strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• 2-3 years of experience in strategic marketing or related roles.
• Ability to develop strategies, briefs and reports independently.
• Experience collaborating with creative, media and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Mine insights and cultural trends to shape briefs.
• Brief and collaborate with creatives to develop impactful work.
• Produce strategic documents and recommendations.
• Develop platform and publishing strategies for digital and social channels.
• Present to clients and lead discussions.
• Monitor results and report on effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
