Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Digital Marketing Client Success Manager in Barcelona with relocation support. You will work with German-speaking clients to optimize online advertising strategies and drive measurable business results.

In this role you will analyze campaigns, build strong relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the EMEA region, while aiming to exceed sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized digital advertising strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and overall results.
