Zencastr is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across technical and business functions in a fast-paced startup environment. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, capable of building strong relationships and managing multiple searches simultaneously.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS, tech, or startup environments.
• Proven success recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Data, and business functions.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound recruiting tools.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and executive leaders.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining high-quality candidate experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance across technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, interview processes, scorecards, and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Facilitate interview debriefs and guide hiring managers through structured hiring decisions.
• Prepare and present offers, manage negotiations, and support candidates through acceptance.
