Jobtailor is seeking a Recruitment Partner in France to collaborate with managers, define hiring needs, and advise on end-to-end recruitment strategies. You will craft compelling job postings and actively source candidates across channels to build a strong pipeline.

You will conduct interviews, ensure a positive onboarding experience, and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement. Experience with software/IT recruitment and Teamtailor is preferred, with Notion and AI tools a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Ideally, experience gained within a software company, IT services company, or specialist recruitment firm.
• Experience recruiting Tech profiles.
• Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to act as a partner to managers and build relationships based on trust.
• Proficiency with key sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, particularly Teamtailor.
• Comfortable managing recruitment activity using performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Notion is a plus.
• Daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) is a bonus

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers to define their recruitment needs and advise them throughout the hiring process.
• Develop recruitment strategies based on the context and challenges of each role.
• Write and publish job postings across various recruitment channels.
• Actively source talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, CV databases, and specialist networks.
• Conduct interviews independently or jointly with managers.
• Ensure a high-quality, smooth, and personalized candidate experience through onboarding.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and methods.
• Propose sourcing strategies, employer branding initiatives, and HR innovation projects.
• Contribute to key Recruitment team projects and share best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with operational managers and other HR teams.
