Broadridge is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead senior relationships with banks and major financial institutions, shaping front-office technology conversations and driving new business across front- and middle-office spaces.

You will own and grow a strategic sales pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and translate complex client requirements into compelling proposals, with a hybrid London-based work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in financial services.
• Proven success in software solution sales within capital markets or front-office tech.
• Experience selling to banks and large institutions, engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of front-office solutions and market knowledge across structured products, ETFs, and F&O.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across banks and larger institutional clients.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across front-office business and technology functions.
• Position Broadridge’s solutions against client priorities in market making and RSP.
• Lead consultative sales cycles, identifying business needs and progressing opportunities to close.
• Create and execute strategic account and territory plans for priority clients and prospects.
• Maintain detailed pipeline management, forecasting, and account activity records.
• Contribute market insights to support commercial strategy and client engagement.
