Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a senior sales professional to drive new business across EMEA, focusing on Capital Markets selling front-to-back solutions. You will engage senior clients, develop opportunities, and manage end-to-end deal cycles in a complex, matrix environment.

The role requires extensive financial services experience, strong networking, and the ability to work remotely with minimal supervision within international markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position with big-ticket sales in financial services.
• Gravitas to engage at senior management/C-suite and build long-term relationships.
• Experience in financial services front-to-back on listed instruments.
• Experience with post-trade, regulation and technology.
• Experience in international markets.
• Experience working across matrix organizations.
• Highly commercial, analytical and strategic mindset.
• Disciplined, self-starter able to work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Scope of Solution to sell: Capital Market/Sell-Side cross-asset front-to-back solutions.
• Expertise includes electronic trading, OMS and execution workflows, connectivity, market making, hosted trading infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities via events, cold calls, networking, cross-selling.
• Support and contribute to the Sales Action Plan and maintain pipeline in Broadforce.
• Present Broadridge’s services to prospects and manage prospect qualification.
• Participate in requirements/scoping meetings and draft RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Legal to sign contracts and coordinate with Conversions team for go-live.
• Maintain records of all prospecting and sales activity.
