Staycity Group in Marseille is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure a smooth, guest‑centric check‑in experience. You will liaise with all departments, monitor guest feedback, and uphold Staycity standards in a busy urban aparthotel setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of front desk management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Opera.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk management experience in a similar property.
• Ability to motivate, appraise, support and challenge a team to deliver world-class results.
• Experience using Opera and strong communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the smooth running of the front desk daily, liaising between guests and all departments.
• Monitor and address guest satisfaction feedback and resolve disputes professionally.
• Keep the team updated on departmental and hotel activities through daily communications and reports; take action for improvement.
• Verify payments at guest check‑in and follow established procedures for various payment methods.
• Anticipate and address issues to safeguard guest well-being and satisfaction during their stay.
