Staycity Group is hiring a Head of Rooms to shape the guest journey across our urban aparthotels. You will lead front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales, ensuring operational excellence and consistent guest experiences.

Success comes from managing teams, upholding brand standards, and collaborating across departments to turn guest feedback into action. Local market knowledge and strong leadership are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience with people management and Front Office or Housekeeping
• Local market knowledge preferred
• Adaptability to respond quickly to feedback and guest needs

Responsabilités

• Supporting the General Manager in all aspects of running the aparthotel including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and sales.
• Ensure departments operate within the brand standards, taking action to any feedback within a timely manner
• Work in cooperation with other departments, developing and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, ensuring that there is regular communication and collaboration across the entire team
• Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against their goals to drive a high performance culture. Offer constructive feedback through on-the-job training, performance appraisals, one-on-one discussions, and team meetings.
• Ensure the hotel complies with all legislation regarding H&S and any other statutory regulations
• Monitor and action feedback received through guest satisfaction surveys, 3rd party websites and from guests, both during and following their stay, and resolve any guest disputes and complaints in a professional manner and within guidelines issued

We would love you to have
