Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor to join its Europe-wide logistics team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will manage French-speaking delivery inquiries, coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and customers, and ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills for high-pressure delivery scenarios.
- Experience or strong interest in Logistics & Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
- Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Monitor real-time shipment tracking and provide updates and proactive solutions.
- Maintain service standards by addressing complex logistics claims.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
- Update logs on regional shipping routes and delivery status reports.
- Provide guidance on shipping policies and transport regulations for customer satisfaction.
- Relocate to Sofia for on-site role in Bulgaria.
