Job summary

TRIO Lighting Group in Lille, France, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (m/f/d) for full-time hybrid work to support inquiries, orders, and complaints and to assist sales with quotations.

You will monitor delivery schedules, handle invoicing and accounts receivable, maintain customer data, and prepare reports, collaborating with Sales, Logistics and other functions. Native French with fluent English is required; commercial training and Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as ERP systems.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Native French speaker with fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Team player with a high level of service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and handling of inquiries, orders, and complaints.
• Preparation of quotations and support of sales activities.
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
• Invoicing, dunning procedures, and accounts receivable management.
• Maintenance of customer master data as well as preparation of reports and analyses.
