LGC Standards, a division of LGC Group, is seeking a French Speaking Quoting Specialist. In this hybrid role in France, you will help customers access products for essential testing and quality assurance, generating quotations and guiding them through the journey.

You will bring fluent French and strong English, plus experience in customer service or sales support. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to deliver an outstanding experience and drive conversions.

• Prepare quotations for customers accurately and efficiently.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience across multiple channels.
• Support the adoption of digital tools and self-service platforms.
• Handle regulated product inquiries in line with compliance processes.
