You will manage quotations, respond to inquiries, and help customers access essential testing products while upholding our quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and strong English are required.
• Experience in customer service, quotations or sales support.
• Proactive mindset with strong communication and relationship skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or IFS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations for customers efficiently.
• Act as a key contact for customer requests.
• Identify solutions and support customers proactively.
• Follow up on quotations to support sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience across channels.
• Support adoption of digital tools and self-service platforms.
• Handle regulated product enquiries per compliance processes.
• Suggest improvements to processes and customer satisfaction.
