About The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience. • Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Relocation & Support Package

We provide comprehensive relocation support to help you settle into your new life in Portugal.

• Shared, fully furnished accommodation available for up to 14 months (subject to eligibility).

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43
• Holiday Allowance: €77.62

With Company Accommodation

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00
• Holiday Allowance: €63.33

• Meal Allowance: €7.00 per working day
• Private Health Insurance from day one.
• Paid training

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
