WW Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international team and relocate to Portugal. You will provide high-quality customer support across phone, email, and chat while embracing a multicultural environment.

About The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Relocation & Support Package

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
