WW Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international support team in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering an outstanding experience while you adapt to a multicultural environment.

The relocation package includes housing support, travel, and language classes, plus private health insurance and training. Full-time role with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts.

About The Role

As a French-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will provide high-quality customer support, assisting customers through various communication channels while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Relocation & Support Package

• Base Salary: €931.43

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €€1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
