Cross Border Talents invites you to join our Customer Service Advisor team in sunny Portugal. You will handle customer queries in French via phone, chat, and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues with empathy.

You will log cases in CRM, follow up on outcomes, and collaborate with your teammates to maintain high service quality. Relocation support is provided, including a studio in Lisbon or Porto and flight reimbursement after six months.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C2) and good English proficiency.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Portugal and work on-site.

Role Overview:

• Handle customer queries via phone, chat & email in French

Candidate Profile:

• Fluent/C2 French + B2 English proficiency
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Willing to relocate to Portugal
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
• EU passport or Portuguese residency card (must have)
• Flight reimbursement (up to 400 after 6 months)
  Studio in Lisbon or Porto (280/month incl. bills, deducted from payslip)
