Proofpoint is seeking a Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities for our Field sales team in France. You will work with regional sales and marketing to drive inbound and outbound prospecting and build a deep understanding of assigned accounts.

You will gather intelligence on prospects, connect influencers and decision makers with the sales team, and collaborate with Account Management and Marketing to implement an account-based sales strategy for France.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Highly motivated with a goal-driven mindset.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a bonus.

Responsabilités

• Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads and respond to product inquiries.
• Gather intelligence on accounts and prospects to connect sales with decision makers.
• Manage email campaigns and cold-calling to generate new prospects.
• Track communications in Salesforce.com and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule demonstrations between Commercial Sales and potential customers.
