Fortinet in Paris is seeking a Manager, Business Development for France to lead the French BD team and drive new business opportunities. The role reports to the EMEA Business Development Director and is based in Paris.

You will manage a team of BD Representatives, guiding them to identify, qualify and set appointments or opportunities for Fortinet in a high growth market. A strong IT/cybersecurity background and excellent communication across levels are essential.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience in business development or inside sales.
• Proven track record of achievement and over-achievement.
• IT background with cybersecurity/network knowledge.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to lead positively and inclusively.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of Business Development Representatives, coaching on systems, solutions and performance.
• Undertake regular performance reviews ensuring adherence to policy and driving improvement.
• Ensure the BD team hits targets and KPIs using data to identify trends and make decisions.
• Lead projects as directed by the Business Development Director and provide recommendations.
• Engage with internal customers and partners and prepare accurate reporting.
• Lead by example.
