TikTok LIVE France is seeking a results-driven Growth Lead to own the agency supply for the France market, partnering with creators, agencies, and internal teams to scale a high-potential acquisition funnel. You will design segments, craft compelling value propositions, and run experiments to drive qualified leads and signed agencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, growth marketing, strategy consulting, or a comparable analytical and commercial role.
• Strong analytical rigor: structure an undefined problem, design tests, read results, and decide from data.
• Ownership of a project or business line built from scratch in a fast-growth environment.
• Commercial credibility: pitch, talk with founders or business owners, and close deals.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Own agency acquisition end to end, from lead generation through signature to new agency revenue at 90 days.
• Define and prioritize target segments for France, identifying partner profiles to build agencies that recruit creators at scale.
• Build and test the value proposition and pitch for each segment using performance data to iterate.
• Design and run channel experiments to source qualified leads and measure conversion and cost per signed agency.
• Sign the first reference partners and use results to sharpen targeting and messaging.
• Set the quality standard for new agencies at entry, ensuring a strong creator recruitment model from day one.
• Turn validated learnings into a scalable acquisition and onboarding playbook.
• Report performance and insights to France and EU leadership and inform scaling structure.
