TikTok is seeking a LIVE Operations professional in Paris to manage a portfolio of French-speaking VIP accounts (Gifters) and strengthen their VIP gifting experience. You will educate VIPs on new features, gather feedback, and work with multiple teams to optimize engagement, retention, and revenue.

You will own end-to-end user strategy, leveraging data to improve engagement and monetization for TikTok LIVE viewers. Paris-based role with close collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in user ops / growth / customer success with high-value client management.
• Experience turning insights into action and execution.
• Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a VIP user portfolio and understand VIP user behaviour through relationships, feedback and data.
• Analyze performance and present findings, identifying trends and patterns.
• Assist VIPs in using new features, tools and technology.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with gifting, product and creative teams to enhance LIVE experience.
• Work with Community and Agency managers to understand VIP gifters’ motivations.
• Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
• Partner with Trust & Safety, payments and product teams as a VIP advocate.
