TikTok Shop France is seeking an Account Manager based in Paris to onboard and scale high-potential fashion merchants. You will own partner growth, manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, and work with product, marketing and policy teams to optimize the merchant and user experience.

The role focuses on strategic partnerships, revenue growth and leveraging TikTok’s discovery commerce to drive business impact in France and Europe.

Qualifications

Minimum experience in business development, account management or related client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-facing background.
Interest in fashion, creators ecosystem and social content.

Responsabilités

Source and onboard strategic Fashion merchants in France and design onboarding solutions for growth.
Design and execute growth plans covering assortment, content, pricing, and campaigns.
Own revenue/GMV targets and drive performance via data and experimentation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, Creator, and Policy teams.
Analyze fashion market trends to identify priorities and opportunities.
Lead internal projects to contribute to the fashion ecosystem.
